Rashesh has over twenty years of experience in financial services in India. Prior to founding Edelweiss, he worked with ICICI, then India’s premier industrial development bank and today its largest private sector bank. In 1996, encouraged by the opportunity in the financial services sector as a result of economic reforms and liberalization in India, Rashesh founded Edelweiss with initial equity capital of INR 1 Cr (USD 250,000). She was also on the bank's management committee and provided training resources throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her unit ran more than 1,500 programs in 26 locations for more than 67,000 participants yearly. Among her many accomplishments was the creation of a corporate university with seven interlinked functional and business-specific training academies.
Prior to Citigroup (India), Ms. Raina worked for more than a decade at ANZ Grindlays Bank PLC. Holding positions in a variety of areas, including marketing, branch banking, and human resources, she rose to the rank of Senior Manager.
She earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, in 1981, and a bachelor's degree (Eng Hons) from Loreto College in the University of Calcutta in 1979.

Nadir Godrej is the Managing Director of Godrej Industries and Chairman, Godrej Agrovet. He is also a Director of numerous firms including Godrej & Boyce, Godrej Foods and Godrej Consumer Products.

Dr. Rajan Saxena is Vice Chancellor NMIMS (Deemed-to-be-University u/s 3 of UGC Act) and former Director of IIM, Indore, S. In 1990 he was the first management teacher in India to be recognized by Bombay Management Association as the Best Teacher of Management and again in 1998 as the best Marketing Teacher at the International Brand Summit at Mumbai.
